CALAMARI

BOS’N Calamari is fully cleaned and ready to cook, delivering quality and consistency in every package. Our Calamari is quality tested for net weight, size, and tubes and tentacles ratio. Our tentacles are fully cleaned and cartilage free, allowing for full utilization of every part of the squid. BOS’N Calamari is protected in a crack resistant tray packed inside a heavy sealed retail bag. Due to our generous over pack, you can get up to 10% more portions per package. Calamari is extremely versatile and can be fried, sautéed or grilled. We offer a varity of medium, large and extra-large forms including: tubes, tubes and tentacles, rings and tentacles and rings only.

BOS’N IQF Calamari Rings are fully cleaned and ready to cook, delivering quality and consistency in every package. Each bag is 100% usable. The IQF process allows for tight portion control, eliminating any waste. BOS’N IQF Calamari Rings are easy to use right out of the bag. Calamari is extremely versatile and can be fried, sautéed,  or grilled. Any way you cook them, BOS’N IQF Calamari Rings always deliver Quality without Compromise!

Cooked  Shrimp

BOS’N Cooked IQF P&D Shrimp are processed from the highest quality fresh shrimp.  When you use BOS’N Shrimp you have the assurance that each and every shrimp is of the highest quality. Whether you are serving a premium shrimp cocktail or as a final addition to a delicious salad, BOS’N Shrimp do not disappoint! These shrimp are available in tail-on, tail-off, white and tiger varieties and are true net weight, accurate counts and of premium quality.

Langostino  Lobster  Tail  Meat

Caught in the cold waters off South America, BOS’N Chilean Langostinos are wild and great compliments or substitutes for recipes that call for lobster, shrimp, or crayfish. Ideal over pasta, risottos, and in bisques or soups, Chilean Langostinos are also commonly used in lobster salads, seafood casseroles, and lobster rolls. These Langostinos are jumbo sized and fully cooked. These Langostinos have a sweet flavor that is very similar to Canadian Lobster but is much more intense with a more delicate texture. BOS’N Langostinos have a consistently superior flavor and are 100% net weight with no chemical additives and provide 100% yield.

Salt  Cod

Preserved codfish has an intense, concentrated flavor. BOS’N Salt Cod is processed with a pickled cure. The codfish is split whole and then stored in a vat (alternating salt and fish) for 14 days. The fish is then removed and dried in a ‘hot room’ for approximately 24 hours until it has the proper moisture content. Once dried, the fish is boned, skinned and packed. Soak Salt Cod in water for a minimum of 24 hours, changing the water at least once, then, it is ready to use.
